School Immunizations Dashboard

KY Tracking's School Immunization Dashboard allows users to review reported vaccine rates for reporting schools in kindergarten, seventh, and eleventh grades. Data is collected by the Kentucky Immunizations Branch in accordance with Kentucky Administrative Regulation 902 KAR 2:055 through the electronic REDCap survey.​

Landslides Story Map

KY Tracking has developed a story map on landslides in Kentucky. This product contains information and education on what are areas are most at risk, the warning signs of landslides, and how to stay safe during and after a landslide occurs. It also showcases the U.S. La​​​​​​​​ndslide Inventory maintained by the U.S. Geological Survey and displays data on population living in areas at risk for landslides, Expected Annual Loss Scores (EALS), percentiles, and risk scores from the FEMA National Risk Index.

Oldham County Health Department Success Story

Oldham County Health Department Success Story

Oldham county Health Department's (OCHD) mentorship project focused on the relationship between alcohol and tobacco outlet density and proximity to schools throughout the county.  Through training with KY Tracking on geospatial analysis software, OCHD developed a heat map using ARC GIS software to identify areas with the highest concentration of alcohol, tobacco and vape shops in their community.​
